Food-grade and Reliable Materials - This cutting board is made of food-grade PP and TPR materials that are non-toxic, and the handle is made of PP plastic. This cutting board can perfectly meet most kinds of usage scenarios including kitchen, party and even camping, as its portable, sturdy, non-slip, and easy to clean design.
Double-sided Design - One side of the cutting board is made of transparent PP material with a layer of printable cardboard inside that can be customized with any pattern you like to enhance the product’s appearance. The other side of the cutting board is made of PP plastic with a marble-like texture. One side can be used for cutting raw materials like meat and the other side can be used for preparing vegetables & fruit so that cross-contamination and flavor mixing can be avoided.
Stable and Knife-Friendly Design and Structure - The medium-density fiberboard is fixed in the core of the cutting board to enhance sturdiness and stability so that the user can have a better food-cutting experience. In addition, there is a tiny gap between the cutting surface and the fiberboard, making the cutting surface resilient to minimize wear and tear on the edges of the knife.
Durable and Stable Edge Covering Design - The edge covering of this cutting board is made of TPR material that makes it non-slip and prevents juice from spilling. The PP board and TPR edge can perfectly adhere to each other preventing the water from infiltrating into the inside of the board. Therefore, this cutting board is totally dishwasher safe, and the cardboard and fiberboard will not get wet during the washing and using process, avoiding contamination from bacteria and mold.
More Available Improvements - The antibacterial powder can be added during the manufacturing process to increase its resistance to bacteria and mold. The scratch resistant powder can also be added to improve its cutting surface, making it more durable and sturdier. Both of these technologies can meet the standard of EU, LFGB or FDA.
