Food-Grade and Durable Cutting Board - This cutting board is made of, 304 stainless steel, and high-quality TPR material and Acacia wood, which are BPA-free, non-toxic and have no peculiar smell. The wood cutting surface is durable and resilient, which protects the knife blade from wearing out and prevents scratches from showing on the surface. The other surface is 304 stainless steel cutting surface, which will not mold, crack or warp. Besides, 316 stainless steel that is sturdier and more durable is available to replace the 304.
Non-slip, Groove and Handle -The top handle is made of sturdy and durable stainless steel, which allows you to carry the cutting board easily and hang it up. The cutting board has a TPR material covering around the edge, which makes it grip the countertop better and prevents it from sliding when cutting. The TPR covering also keeps the food juices from spilling out because it is higher than the cutting surface.
Double-sided Design – The Acacia wood side is suitable for vegetables, bread and ready-to-eat food, but not for meat or any grease food. As it is known that the grease can easily enter and stay in scratches or tiny cracks, leading to the imperceptible growth of bacteria, which is harmful to health.
